Individual care is taken when compiling your package for transport. Each item is inspected before packaging to ensure no damage and each item is at the advertised quality. No refunds, return or exchange can be given for change of mind.

 

Faulty or damaged item- contact via email for resolution within 48hours of receipt of package. To speed up the process it we recommend you could include a photo/s of the fault.

 

Will not be held accountable for items lost while in transit. If a parcel has not been received please contact us and we will try to resolve this with Australia post.

Currently we use Australia Post Parcel Postage services. All parcels come with tracking number. Notification will be sent when your parcel is shipped.

 

Australia

For parcels under 5kg, shipping is calculated at checkout based on total weight of the items purchased. Parcels between 5-10Kgs have a charge of $25.

 

New Zealand

Shipping is charged from 500g (0.5kg) increments up to a total weight of 5kg. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. If you require additional services such as signature on delivery or sms tracking please get in contract before check out.

Turn around times

Standard Parcel post is expected to arrive within 2-5 business days. Please allow additional time up to 10 business days for rural areas or interstate deliveries.
