Physical Items
Individual care is taken when compiling your package for transport. Each item is inspected before packaging to ensure no damage and each item is at the advertised quality.
No refunds, return or exchange can be given for change of mind.
Faulty or damaged item- contact via email for resolution within 48hours of receipt of package. To speed up the process it we recommend you could include a photo/s of the fault.
Will not be held accountable for items lost while in transit. If a parcel has not been received please contact us and we will try to resolve this with Australia post.
Sale items
All regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
