Returns/ Exchanges/ Refunds
Please carefully consider your item before purchasing. Due to the nature of digital downloads, exchanges, returns or refunds are not available on any digital item.
Individual care is taken when compiling your package for transport. Each item is inspected before packaging to ensure no damage and each item is at the advertised quality. No refunds, return or exchange can be given for change of mind.
Faulty or damaged item- contact via email for resolution within 48hours of receipt of package. To speed up the process we recommend you could include a photo/s of the fault.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless stated otherwise by a member of our team
Will not be held accountable for items lost while in transit. If a parcel has not been received please contact us and we will try to resolve this with Australia post.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your agreed refund, in the first instance please check your account for pending transactions. Secondly contact your financial institution; it may take several days for the payment to clear. Lastly please contact us at email@example.com to resolve this.
All regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
